Eudora E-mail Pro & Lite 3.x Setup


The setup for Eudora E-mail Pro and Lite 3.x are the same. If you have Eudora already installed on your computer goto step 1. If Eudora is not installed you will need to install it now, then goto step 1.


1. Open Eudora Email, Click on the Tools Tab > Options Tab. You should see a screen like the one below.

2. Choose the Getting Started option on your left and fill in the information as follows.

  • POP Account: your_username@wzrd.com (lower case only.)
  • Real Name: Your Real Name goes here.
  • Return Address: your_username@wzrd.com
  • Connection Method: Click on Winsock (Network, PPP, SLIP.)

    3. Choose the Checking Mail option on your left and fill in the information as follows.
  • POP Account: your_username@wzrd.com (lower case only.)
  • Determine first unread message by: Click on First message not read by this machine.
  • Authentication style: Click on Passwords.

    4. Choose the Sending Mail option on your left and fill in the information as follows.
  • Return Address: your_username@wzrd.com
  • SMTP server: mail.wzrd.com
  • Click on Immediate send.
  • Click on Word wrap.
  • Click on May use quoted-printable.
  • Click on Keep copies of out going mail.
  • Click on Tabs in body of message.
  • Click on Use Signature.

    • 5. Click Ok.

    You have successfully configured Eudora Email 3.x.
