Please Note: That on any of the following screens if there is a Question Mark (?) next to an
option, you can left click on it once and it will bring up a help screen to further explain the option.
1. Type in the following Information:
Username: your_username (use all lowercase letters).
Password: Your WCS password (use all lowercase letters).
Language: Choose your Langauge (ex. English).
2. Click on the Log in button.

Next you will see a screen something like the one below.
This is the inbox for your email if you have any email you will see it below in the light grey area.
3. On the left there will be some options the first one is Check Inbox: Click Check Inbox to see if you have any new E-mail.

4. The second one is Compose: Click on Compose You will see something like the screen below
(your_username@wzrd.com will be on the first line).
On the second line type in a freinds Email Address (ex. friend@wzrd.com) using all
lowercase letters.
Please Note: The next four options are optional.
The third line is Cc (Carbon Copy): The "carbon-copy" field denotes which addresses to which you
would like to send this message in addition to the addresses in your To: field.
The fouth line is Bcc (Blind Carbon Copy): The "blind carbon-copy" field is similar to the
"carbon-copy" (Cc:) field, except the recipient won't be able to see the complete list of recipients
in the final message headers.
The fifth line is Attachment: This listing displays the current attachments to this message.
To add an attachment to this message, select a file using the "Browse" button and then click "Attach".
The sixth line is Options: Here additional message options are listed.
5. Now you are ready to begin composing your email to a friend by clicking in the White box below all the options.
Once you are done composing your email:
You can check the spelling by choosing your prefered language then click on Spell Check in. Once spell check is done close out the spell check window.
Now you are ready to send your email out on the internet by clicking on the Send Message
button. This will send your email and take you back to your Inbox window.
If you decide not to send your email Click on Cancel Message and this will also take you back
to your Inbox window.

6. Once you are back at the Inbox screen, Click on the Contacts option on the left
under the Check Inbox option. This will bring you back to the Inbox screen below.

Next you will see a screen something like the one below. This is where you can add your friends
to your contact list by filling in the appropriate information as follows:
Address: Type in the Email Address (ex.friend@wzrd.com) using all lowercase letters.
Nickname: Type in your friends Username (ex. Friend).
Fullname: Type in your friends Real Name (ex. John Doe).
7. Then click the Submit button to add your friend to your contact list. Click on the Close Window option in the upper right hand corner to go back to the Inbox Screen
If you decide not to add your friend to the contact list click on the Clear button. Click on the Close Window option in the upper right hand corner to go back to the Inbox Screen
The last three buttons are as follows (use these buttons if you do not want to add a friend to
your contact list:
Insert in to: This will insert your friends email address into the To line and take you
back to the compose screen.
Insert in to Cc: This will insert your friends email address into the Cc line and take you
back to the compose screen.
Insert in to Bcc: This will insert your friends email address into the Bcc line and take you
back to the compose screen.
Please Note: These three buttons above can only be used if you have the compose screen open. And you choose the Contact List from that screen.
